Constitution 

Incorporated associations must have a constitution that sets out the rules for how the association operates. All members of the organisation and the organisation itself must follow the rules that have been set out.

To amend the rules contained within the constitution, association members must pass a special resolution at a general meeting resolving to accept the amendments to the rules. This special resolution only takes effect once its has been approved by Access Canberra.
