Philosophy

Philosophy

Children are our future and are integral to our world . Everything we do is in the best interest of the child. We honour and respect the child's rights, views and 'being' through our program and practice. We aim to nurture children to be confident people. Our core values and beliefs are that all members of our community exude respect, safety and kindness in all aspects of their lives.

Our Values

Respect

Respect means that you accept somebody for who they are, even when they're different from you or you don't agree with them. Respect in your relationships builds feelings of trust, safety, and wellbeing. Respect doesn't have to come naturally – it is something you learn. - Yr 6 2022

Kindness

Someone who is kind behaves in a gentlecaring, and helpful way towards other people. - Yr1 2022

Safety

Safety is anything that people do to protect themselves or others from harmful accidents. People can prevent accidents by following safety measures. Safety measures involve knowing when an accident might take place and then taking steps to keep it from happening.
